Wet weather plan

In the event of unusual weather conditions, the continuation of classes shall be determined by the parents no later than one and a half (1.5) hours prior to the scheduled class time. If no decision is communicated within this timeframe, the class shall proceed as scheduled, as the Coach would have commenced travel to the designated location.

In the event class continues in wet weather, dry land lesson drills will be implemented instead.

1.2.1If the coach is unwell
The class is cancelled, unless a replacement coach is available.
In the event that the Coach is unwell, the scheduled class shall be cancelled and will not be held. However, if another coach is provided subject to availability, parents will be informed and classes will carry on.
1.2.2If your child is unwell
Send a medical certificate before the class is confirmed.
In the event that a student is unwell, parents or guardians are required to provide a certified Medical Certification prior to the confirmation of the class. Once a group message confirming the class has been sent, any last-minute changes or cancellations shall be considered a completed lesson.

Unless both sides agree in writing.
