How it works

From finding your pool to your child's first splash, in five stops.

  1. Find your pool

    Under Book your lessons, choose your condominium or enter your landed home's address. You'll see that pool's classes for the week, the coach and how many students are in each.

  2. No class yet? Open a new one

    If there's no class at your pool, ask us to open one. A group starts once 3 families sign up; private lessons can start as soon as a coach is free.

  3. Book a class, and we fit you in

    Tell us the days and times that suit you, and choose a pack of 4, 8, 16 or 24 lessons. We fit your child into a weekly class and WhatsApp you the day and time. Your child keeps that class every week until the pack is used. Groups take 3 to 5 swimmers; private lessons are one to one.

  4. Follow it on your calendar

    Every lesson is on the calendar in your account. Overseas or a special occasion? Ask for time away on that class, and if we approve it the lesson moves to the end of your pack.

  5. Watch your swimmer progress

    Your coach updates progress from SwimSafer Stage 1 through Bronze, Silver and Gold, shown as a bar in your account.
